Obituary
Vona Carson, 88 of Greenville, SC passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2013. She was born on May 5, 1924 in Cosby, Tennessee to David Luther and Della McCarter Gilliland.
Vona is survived by her daughter Diane Bagwell and her husband Tommy, her son David Carson and his wife Tonya, her grandchildren; Jason, Jordan and Joshua.
Vona was predeceased by her parents, her husband Leonard Carson and her son Dennis Carson
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm at Washington Ave. Church of God 101 S. Washington Ave in Greenville. A Funeral Service celebrating Vona's life will immediately follow at 3:30pm. Interment will be at Graceland West Cemetery
