Obituary
Danny Franks, 60, of Greenville went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 18, 2020. He was the son of the late Clarence and Jane Franks. He was retired from T & S Brass. He was always a man that would give you the shirt off of his back. Born in Greenville. He is survived by his wife of over 40 years Gail Franks, his son Daniel Franks, and his loving and faithful companion Bryson. He was predeceased by his sister Sheila Hale (Freddy).
He was of the Baptist faith. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his baby boy Bryson. In addition he is survived by sisters Kathy Simons, Gloria Whitmire, and many friends, nieces, and nephews. He loved spending time around so many young ones to bring him joy in life. He had many hunting special people- too many to mention. He loved his time in the outdoors with his special friend more like a brother Ken Cagle. He was always well looked out by and loved by his special nephew Fred Hale. Jace always helped keep him on his toes and he loved it so much. Lavaye you were so special to him, but them boys brought lots of joy to him.
There will be no services held.
We ask that instead of flowers any condolences been sent to Greenville Humane Society in honor of Danny Franks.
