William Ray "Billy" Moore, 52, of Pickens, South Carolina, formerly of St. Mary's County, Maryland, passed away on May 30, 2021 after a brief illness. Billy was born on June 17, 1968, in Salisbury, Maryland. He was a carpenter by trade, and also served as Chief Building Engineer for a national hotel chain. Billy loved to hunt and fish, and was a fan of the Baltimore Ravens.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde David Moore and Jo Ann Moore, and by his sister-in-law, Cheryl Abell Kennedy. He is survived by his sister Vicki (Jack) Payne and their adult children Tyler and Juliana, his sister Jodi (Shane) Breiterman and their daughter Sara, and his brother Steve Kennedy (Cheryl) and their adult daughter Shelby.
