For my Dad on the day he passed
"Jesus wept."
John 11:35
It's so wonderful that Jesus loves each of us so much the he weeps for us. For us!
His love never stops loving us. He will always have the same deep love and cherish each of us for ever!
We my try to push him aside or out of our minds and life, but he will never leave or forsake us.
His love is everlasting!
Death is NOT the end.... it is the beginning, it is the beginning of an everlasting life and relationship with God. In Gods presence..... with all His glory and love.
No he is not gone. Yes it is the end of seeing his fiscal body here on this earth. But he will live forever in our minds, in our memories, in our good times we shared with him, all the wonderful things he did for us. Even when he had no spare time or busy with his on tasks. With his kindness he would stop and see to what it was we needed.
So no, he is not gone.
Yess indeed we will miss him no doubt!
But he is in a much glorious place than we can even imagine here on this earth.
Dear precious Lord, we ask for your kindness and support or the grieving left by the passing of William E. Shelnut. We are the ones that have the piece missing in our hearts from his presence.
We know he is in Your loving hands and don't have worry about him being taken care of. There are no better hands to grasp or arms to hold us than Yours.
We lift up our precious husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to you and your loving arms.
We pray in Your precious name, Jesus Christ.
Amen
